Description:

Successful businesses are CRM driven so that agents can leverage them to do the heavy lifting when it comes to communication. In the push to be more digital, agents should rely on their CRMs to achieve their business goals. Therefore, having a basic goal in mind will help the agent focus on a roadmap. Agents need to be asking themselves:

  1. What am I trying to achieve?

  2. How am I going to achieve it?

Focus of this course:

  • Review the key features that every good CRM system should have

  • Explore how to leverage Richard Robbins International's Goal Setting template to map your activity

  • Evaluate how to apply your goal setting activities to create a contact roadmap that yields results


Relationship Management: #Hashtag - You're IT!

Description:

Organizing your database is as important as having one. Think of the Yellow Pages. Could you imagine trying to look someone up but nothing is in order? That would be pretty frustrating and tedious. Having your contacts categorized or grouped will streamline your work when you’re trying to communicate with a specific niche group.

Focus of this course:

  • Review of key concepts to categorize your database and maximize engagement

  • Explore how to leverage best practice database categories and groups to create hashtags

  • Evaluate how to apply your hashtags with quick and easy tips to get outreach started
