DUTY OF COOPERATION POLICY:
As of January 3, 2024, the REALTOR Cooperation Policy put into effect the new “Duty of Cooperation” in Article 30 of the REALTOR code: we will no longer be able to practice “pre-marketing” strategies such as “Coming Soon” as well as the ability to list and market “Exclusive” listings outside of the Royal LePage Sterling Brokerage for a period exceeding 3 days.
