We have installed a deposit box outside of Randy's office & the Conveyance office to submit cheques. Please submit deposits here after hours or if there is no one in the conveyance office.  Below the deposit box are envelopes to be filled out, please make sure all the appropriate information is filled out before putting it in the box!

As of February 16th, all transactions require the use of the new FINTRAC forms, depending on whether they are individuals or corporate entities:

1. Fintrac Individual Identification Information Record. Part C

2. Fintrac Politically Exposed Person (PEP) Record

3. Beneficial Ownership Record

• DUTY OF COOPERATION POLICY:

As of January 3, 2024, the REALTOR Cooperation Policy put into effect the new “Duty of Cooperation” in Article 30 of the REALTOR code: we will no longer be able to practice “pre-marketing” strategies such as “Coming Soon” as well as the ability to list and market “Exclusive” listings outside of the Royal LePage Sterling Brokerage for a period exceeding 3 days.
