Hello everyone, my name is Mr. Tisnado. Some of you know me by Mr. T. I will be your physical education teacher for this school year. I hope you all had a great summer and welcome back! This year PE is going to look different due the the pandemic we are currently in but that is not going to stop us from having fun! Each week I will be posting a lesson for you all to participate in. You will click on your grade level so it can take you to your grade level page. You will see I have a virtual classroom for each grade level. When you open the virtual classroom you will be able to click on the bitmojis and it will take you to a fun activity. Before you start make sure you find some open space where you can move without hitting any objects. Remember safety first. Try your best and have fun. I have some instructional assistants who help me teach PE and they are Ms. Martinez, Ms. Torres, and Mr. V. You can learn more about them by reading their 'About Me.'

Hello everyone, my name is Mr. Tisnado. I will be your physical education teacher for this school year. Some fun facts about me are I love to play sports. In high school, I played varsity basketball, cross country, and ran track. I have three siblings and I am the first one in my family to graduate college. I graduated from California State University, Los Angeles where I earned my degree in kinesiology and my teaching credential. My favorite sport is basketball and my favorite basketball team is the Los Angeles Lakers. My favorite basketball player is Kobe Bryant. Other sports teams I like are the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Dallas Cowboys. I do play video games on PlayStation 4. Some games I play are NBA 2K, Fortnite, Fall Guys, and Call of Duty. I am also an assistant high school basketball coach. I coach girls varsity basketball. I am currently going on my fifth year teaching PE at Rowland Unified. I hope you all have a fun and enjoyable school year.

Hello, my name is Francisco Villanueva. Many students also call me Mr. V. This school year will be my second year with Rowland Unified. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in History. I have worked with children since I was in high school. My first experience working with children was as a volunteer soccer coach. My favorite sports are basketball and soccer. My favorite sports teams are the Lakers and FC Barcelona. I would like to become a librarian in the future. I look forward to a fun and productive year!

Hello, my name is Iliana Torres. This will be my third school year with the school district working as an IA. Currently, I attend Mt. SAC and I will soon be transferring to Cal Poly. My favorite sports teams are the Yankees, LA Galaxy, Lakers, and Cowboys. I also work at Target and I am a makeup artist! I love doing my one makeup, but I especially love doing other people’s makeup. When I am not working or at school, I am at Disneyland! I’ve been an Annual Pass holder my whole life. I'm so excited to be back for the school year and I hope it is a good year despite all of the challenges!
