**** Rank One (physical) paperwork needs to be completed as soon as possible.  Please turn in physicals to Coach Page or directly to Coach Kneuper (STP Head Trainer).  ALL PAPERWORK IS DUE BEFORE YOUR ATHLETE CAN TRYOUT OR ATTEND PRACTICE.
