The purpose of Academies is to ensure all students are prepared for college and careers when they graduate from high school.

NOTE: All Academies are offered at each high school, but Programs of Study vary. See campus pages for specific programs offered.

• All students will be asked to select an Academy and endorsement in the spring of their 8th grade year.

• Students can apply to transfer for a unique Program of Study not available at their resident campus. The District evaluates transfer requests based on space available. Transfer requests must be submitted and approved each year. Certain deadlines and restrictions apply and are defined in RRISD Policy FDB Reg. and FDA Local.
