I am so excited to start the 2025-2026 school year. We are going to have so much fun learning and growing together in 4th grade!

About me:
I am originally from Dallas, TX but I moved to Austin for college and have been here ever since. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2024 with a degree in Early Education! This will be my second year as a classroom teacher and my third year at LME because I spent my student teaching semesters at LME in fourth grade as well. I will be growing alongside your students as I navigate this new teaching world and I cannot wait to see what this year has in store! My core values are open-mindedness, love, and courage.
I am so grateful to be a part of the fourth-grade team as this year was my favorite in elementary school! There are so many opportunities that come up every day for students to increase their independence, curiosity, and love for learning. My main goal for this year is to encourage my students to be the best they can be. This includes pushing them to try new things, urging them to make new connections with their peers, and taking on new responsibilities in the classroom. I value openness and honesty and will always be transparent with my students while supporting them in any way I can!

I believe that accessible and effective parent communication is extremely important to the success of our students, so please do not hesitate to contact me!
