Hi, my name is Casey McGowen! This will be my second year teaching at McNeil. I am teaching English II, Advanced English II, and I am the Assistant Swim Coach. After graduating from McNeil I attended the University of North Texas and obtained a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology with a minor in Developmental Family Studies. Prior to returning to MHS I taught and coached at Chisholm Trail Middle School. When I am not teaching and coaching you can find me spending time with family and friends, playing with my dogs, running, or reading. I grew up in RRISD so this community is home to me and I am thrilled to be returning "home." I look forward to learning about you throughout our year together!
