Mrs. Oldham

Dear Students and Parents,

My name is Julia Oldham, and I will be your Read 180 teacher! I am so excited to be starting my second year at Grisham Middle School, and can’t wait to get to know each of you! Developing relationships is one of my absolute favorite things about teaching, so I truly am looking forward to getting to know my students and each of their needs.

I have a degree in Education, and have taught four years in the Middle School classroom. I have a history in Special Education, but have always loved reading and English/Language Arts, so I received my certification to teach middle school reading as well.

I have been married for 15 years, and my husband is also an educator in Round Rock ISD! We have two sons, and a Frenchton named Gracie Mae. Andrew (6) is going into First Grade this year, and Benjamin (4) is in pre-k. We love traveling, hiking, swimming, watching movies, and spending time together around Austin.

I firmly believe that parent involvement plays a large role in student success! Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns!
