Our gifted students are highly intelligent, creative and intense. With their intensities, they have specific emotional and social needs. We encourage you to take time as family to focus in on the social and emotional needs of your child.

MRS. MIKULENCAK

Hello! This is my twenty-six year teaching and my thirteenth year at Elsa England Elementary. I have a passion for reading and writing and look forward to sharing this love with my students.
I grew up in the Austin area and graduated from Westwood High School. I then received my teaching degree from Baylor University. My husband and I just moved our daughter, Ella, to Arkansas for her junior year in college. We also have a son named Will who is a senior at Round Rock High School. We enjoy family time, going to sporting events and playing with Finn, our dog.
I look forward to working with your wonderful children this year!

MRS. WEILER

Hi! This is my 17th year teaching and 13th year at Elsa England. I have a passion for math and truly enjoy working with our gifted students.
I live in Round Rock with my husband Erik (who is also the instructional technology specialist for England Elementary), our two kids: Olive (11) & Timothy (8), and Zero - our smart, sweet and very active 3 year old rescue pup. In my spare time, I love to read, workout, craft and spend time at our pool!
I truly love being a teacher. I am committed to giving each student the tools to be successful. Let's have a great year of learning and growing together.
