Students at ECHS develop a personal learning plan, a portfolio of their goals and accomplishments that showcases their academic work and personal growth. Students at ECHS earn an Associate Degree upon graduating High School.

Our vision at ECHS through a program called AVID is to develop students personally and academically for their future careers. In the interest of this vision, we are creating a live source expert pool that students can access in order to conduct live source interviews and job shadows with experts in their fields.

Based on the job description or area of expertise, you will choose one expert to would contact each semester, via email, phone, or virtual meeting based on their preference to conduct an interview or set up a job shadow with you.
