Hello! My name is Courtney. I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master and Teacher. I am a Certified Advanced Crystal Healer through The Love & Light School of Crystal Therapy. This program is accredited by the WMA (the World Metaphysical Association), and also an approved training provider by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine). I am a Certified Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church Ministry. I have also dabbled in Sound Healing with plans to seek and am currently working on an official certification.

In addition to Reiki and Crystal Healing, I am a wife, mother to two amazing kiddos, and former social worker with over a decade of experience working with both children and adults with mental health diagnoses and trauma.

I was initially drawn to Reiki and Crystals as a personal self-care tool to cope with the daily stressors of my job in social work. Since beginning my healing journey I have been led to a strong desire to help others heal as a Reiki Practitioner.

I would love to help you heal and grow spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically through the ancient holistic energy healing practices of Reiki Healing.

About Reiki

Reiki is a holistic form of energy healing with origins in the East, Asia, and India. Western Medicine has found Reiki to be a beneficial complementary therapy. Through research studies and medical facility use, benefits include a reduction in chronic pain, anxiety symptoms, and depression symptoms, and an improvement in recovery time post-surgery.

As of 2021, over 900 hospitals offer Reiki including; Henry Ford Health System, Cleveland Clinic, NY Presbyterian Hospital, Yale New Haven Hospital, Dana-Farber Havard Cancer Center, John Hopkins Hospital & Health System, and Mayo Clinic.

Reiki works with your body's natural energy system. Reiki Practitioners can assist your body in releasing stuck energy and realigning Chakra energy by channeling Reiki energy through the client's energy system.

About Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing is a holistic form of energy healing that can be found throughout the ancient world from the East in Asia and India to African Nations and even Native American and Southern American cultures. While many cultures had a spiritual explanation behind crystal use as healing or protective talismans, science has helped modern medicine to begin to learn the mechanics of crystal healing.

Crystals are energy conductors, used in batteries, computers, and many more modern technologies. The same concept that allows crystals to conduct physical energy also allows crystals to affect your body's natural energy flow.

From this basic concept, Crystal Healing Practitioners use crystals to regulate your Chakra frequencies, release stuck energy, and align Chakras through intuitive crystal use.

Crystal Body Grid Healing

Crystals gridding is a holistic form of energy healing with origins in the East, Asia, and India. Crystals have been used throughout history not only for decorations but also for healing.

Crystals can be placed on and around the body in a large grid. Once activated the crystals assist the body in working through the identified need for the session. Crystal grids can be arranged to help support the body emotionally, physically or mentally.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is a holistic form of energy healing with origins all around the globe including in Egypt, India & China. Sound healing goes by many names including; sound medicine, sound meditation, sound journeys, sound baths, sound bath meditation, and sound therapy.

The human body vibrates at different frequencies throughout the body. When a part of the body vibrates too low or too high, the body can suffer physically, emotionally, or mentally. Sound healing works to regulate your body's vibration.

Tools used for sound healing include, but are not limited to; Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Drums, Rainsticks and more.

What to Expect

Sessions include an initial client background discussion and intention setting for the session. The healing is then completed and can include crystals or tuning forks to additionally support or boost the healing. During the healing, you will lie face up on the massage table while soothing music is played in a low-light setting for a calm ambiance. At the end of the session, we will have a closing discussion about your session.
