Feelings of fear and anxiety are normal right not, but those feelings can get overwhelming at times. Asking for help is OK, even when you are unsure about the kind of help you need. Sometimes you may feel you need to seek out help for a friend or family member who you are concerned about, and that is OK too. If you or someone else you know needs help reach out to a trusted adult such as a parent, family member, teacher, principal, counselor, or school psychologist.
