Hello! It is so nice to meet you!
Welcome to 4th grade! I'm so excited to work with all of you this year!
My name is Rachel Son, but my students call me Ms. Son - like the SUN ☀️
I graduated undergrad in 2017 from Pepperdine University and I taught/tutored students of all ages.
I taught a year of Preschool (3 and 4 year olds!) and I began my teaching career in 6th grade! 2021-2022 will be my third year of teaching and I am PUMPED to have you in my class!
Some Facts About Me:
I'm a Korean-American and yes, I do enjoy listening to K-POP
I live with my family in the OC with our Beagle + King Charles Spaniel mix named Coco
My favorite book series is Harry Potter but I love reading in general
Sports? I love the Lakers and the Dodgers! I also enjoy playing volleyball!
I love Doctor Who so I had to take a photo with this TARDIS!
