Will provide teachers with a variety of ways to build a constructive classroom environment. Teachers will reflect on their current organizational and management practices as they learn about many different aspects of classroom management. It is about understanding your students’ needs, knowing the whole child and yourself in order to build relationships and structure your classroom in a safe and manageable way. We will delve into building relationships, behavior management, instructional practices, classroom rapport, virtual reality tools, responsive teaching, and building a classroom community. It will include SEL and diversity strategies to create an equitable and safe classroom space. For both new teachers and veteran teachers looking to reimagine their classrooms.

Teachers will be confident in their ability to create a constructive learning environment where students will be engaged and empowered in their learning.
