I was a competitive swimmer from the age of 10 up to 22. I studied Aquatics in college which involved helping coach the swim team and teach swimming to everyone of all abilities. I still swim on my own time when I get the chance. I have been coaching the RFA girls and boys varsity teams for 20 years. I have been awarded Coach of the Year from Section 3 for the boys season in 2018. We have been CSC League champs for both boys and girls. For boys season we have won our league for the past 6 years and for girls it has been 4 years.

We should finish the girls season 3rd in our league this year with a 9-3 record. It has been a tough year with having to travel for practice and having no home meets.
