Studio Perspective Rogue Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile gaming applications. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our philosophy is simple: we do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.
Our application does not require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data) to play, contains no third-party advertisements, and relies solely on optional in-app purchases processed directly by the platform store.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
No Account or Personal Data: We do not require account creation, registration, or logins. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
No Tracking or Advertising Identifiers: The application contains no advertisements and no third-party ad trackers. We do not access or collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) or track you across other apps and websites.
No Gameplay Analytics: Your game progress, settings, and scores are stored locally on your device. We do not operate external game servers to harvest gameplay data.
2. In-App Purchases (IAP)
The application offers optional in-app purchases (such as unlocking content or virtual items).
All financial transactions and payment details are processed exclusively by the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store via your Apple ID).
Studio Perspective Rogue Inc. never receives, processes, or stores your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking information.
The platform provider securely notifies the app when a transaction succeeds so your purchased content can be unlocked on your device.
3. Platform & Diagnostic Data
When you download or purchase items through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable diagnostic, crash, and usage data in accordance with their standard terms and your device privacy settings. 4. Children’s Privacy
Because Archangels: Wings of Freedom does not collect personal information, track users, or display advertising, it complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child privacy standards. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children of any age.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect updates to the application or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
