ROE 35's COVID-19 Response: Updated January 26, 2021

The Regional Office of Education for LaSalle, Marshall, & Putnam counties continues to serve you.

We request that you please call or email for any service you require. In-person visits must be scheduled in advance. We currently are not accepting walk-in appointments. We can be reached at 815-434-0780 or by email to schedule an appointment.

We will continue to process transcripts for substitutes and paraprofessionals and ask that transcripts be sent electronically to Alaina Johnson or Virginia Campbell Please call 815-434-0780 with any questions.


We are completing fingerprinting by appointment only. If you need a fingerprint background check, please call our office at (815) 434-0780 to schedule an appointment.

Paraprofessional Testing

Paraprofessional requirements can be found by clicking here. We are currently suspending paraprofessional ETS testing. People with a high school diploma or GED who are interested in becoming a paraprofessional are encouraged to take the ACT WorkKeys assessments Applied Math and Workplace Documents. Work Permits
