Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year!

Hello! My name is Anne Koste and I am so happy to start my 27th year as a Rockford Rocket! This will be my 7th year in first grade. I also taught 20 years in second grade here at Rockford.

I graduated from the Bemidji State University with a BS degree in Graphic Design and Technical Illustration. I later attended the College of St Catherine for Elementary Education and also received my Master’s Degree there.

My husband Jason and I live in Clear Lake with our four children (Cole, Cadence, Brynn and Jace) and our dog Charlie. We LOVE to road trip around the US during the summer. We have made it to all 50 states and love going back and seeing and experiencing places we loved.

I look forward to a wonderful new school year with your first grader!
