APP PERMISSION WE USE 

For an optimal experience while using the app, the following permissions are required. These permissions will only be used for the specific purposes outlined in the notice.

• INTERNET: Allows applications to open network sockets.

• Analytics: We use a third-party analytics tool, Google Analytics, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other pages they use prior to coming to our services. We only use the information from Google Analytics to improve our services.

• RECORD_AUDIO:   Allows the app to analyze the audio output in real-time, which is essential for features like visualizing the audio spectrum or providing dynamic equalization. 

• MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTING:  Allows an application to modify global audio settings, such as volume and routing. 

• VIBRATE:  Allows access to the vibrator. 

We utilize this information to offer our services' features and refine and personalize functionalities. This data may either be uploaded to the Company's server or that of the service provider, or it could remain solely stored on your device. You have the ability to enable or disable access to this information through your device settings at any time. Rest assured, the information and data will indeed be collected from you by Firebase, Google Analytics, and third parties to enhance the quality of the app experience. 

Our mobile application collects and uses various types of data to enhance user experience and provide better functionality. The types of information collected include: 

1. Device Information: We collect data about your device, such as the model, operating system, and hardware information, to ensure compatibility and optimize application performance.

2. Demographic Information: This includes your age, gender, and geographic location, helping us better understand our user base and personalize your experience.

3. Behavioral Information: We track how you interact with the application, including the features you use and the frequency of use, to improve the features and user interface.

4. Incident Information: When the application encounters issues, we collect error data and incident reports to quickly address problems and enhance the app's stability.

5. Information About Other Applications: We collect information about other applications on your device to provide relevant integrations and interactive features.

All collected information is processed and secured according to our privacy policy. You can control and authorize data collection through the access settings within the application. 

HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION 

In the situation above, we promise that your personally identifiable information will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information (e.g. your name and email address) for any other purposes, such as to market our products further or to disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gains. 

CHILDREN'S POLICY

We do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children. If you are under 3 (Depends on Country Rules- If Brazil then 12+, If India then 18+), you may use our applications when you are with a parent or guardian. We do not provide services focused on Children. 

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without their consent, they should promptly contact us. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our files.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
