Planning Commission Meeting at 5:30 every 2nd Tuesday of the Month at the Village Hall
We are looking for a Zoning Inspector, two members of the community to be on the Zoning Board of Appeals, and 3 for the Tax Board of Review. The Village also has an opening on the Planning Commission.
Zoning Board of Appeals - Board consists of 5 members of the community who hear appeals, grant variances, and approve conditional uses. They meet on average 1 to 2 times per year.
Tax Board of Review - Board consists of 3 members of the community. They hear income tax appeals and rarely meet.
Planning Commission - responsible for providing recommendations on planning matters, including land use, new infrastructure, and zoning updates.
