The Monroeton Media Center opened in December 2003. Many changes have happened since the opening of the facility almost 20 years ago. It started with 10 desktop computers for student use and 2 desktop computers for circulation. All the desktops have been phased out with the addition of 1:1 student Chromebooks and the desktop platforms being no longer supported. The desktops at the circulation desk have been replaced by Chromebooks as well. The media center print collection contunues to thrive with the additions of new titles and weeding of old an outdated materials each year.
