Children's Parade Workshop - Monday 29th April 3.30 - 4pm.

Please come and make cat or mice ears to wear on the day! All resources are ready and waiting and there will be PTFA and staff members there to help you! If you are unable to come to the workshop, resources will be available for you to collect from Tuesday 30th April. We still need more families to come and join us for the Children's Parade - Saturday 4th May, 9.30 am meet at Sydney Street. We are Number 13 this year and all you have to do is wear black clothing! Please let the Office know if you have not yet signed up. The more the merrier!

Welcome to our school.

At Rudyard children come first and we work hard to create a positive, inspiring and creative learning environment where every child can succeed as a confident individual. Our Nursery provides a fantastic start which is further developed when the children move into one of our two Reception classes. With amazing grounds and so much outdoor space I feel privileged to be the Headteacher of such a lovely school. We believe that children need access to indoor and outdoor space and we actively use our beautiful grounds as part of our daily learning. The children are proud of their school and thrive on celebrating their successes, as well as being positive role models within our community. Parents and carers are encouraged to come and celebrate their children’s learning at every opportunity!

We like to think that we are very much a part of the Woodingdean Community and through the Deans P.E. Partnership and our links with other schools and community groups we actively ensure that all children get as many opportunities to succeed as possible.

If you would like to visit and have a look around during the school day, please call the School Office on 01273 303328
