Meet the Staff!

Our Hearts staff are a wonderful group of young adults who love what they do, set positive examples, and come to work with a smile on their face! Our Hearts staff or Youth Development Specialist are carefully selected and employed through the Boys & Girls Club. They go through a rigorous hiring process in which they must encapsulate the BGC's mission. They are here to support and also are an extension of the Jackson Family!
