Science Vision Statement: NGSS for ALL

Our mission is to support NGSS implementation by modeling NGSS practices and phenomena-driven 3-dimensional learning through professional development, building teachers’ capacity and leadership, and promoting  teachers’ science knowledge and understanding. We will continue to partner with organizations and function as a high-quality, consistent, professional, and supportive team in order to deliver equitable experiences in collaboration, science discourse, science literacy, innovation, and critical thinking to all students in the district, regardless of school site, race, class, gender, first language, or learning abilities.
