The RUSD Language and Literacy Team seeks to engage students in reading and writing as the key components of literacy, preparing all students for success as literate members of the community and beyond.

Mission: 

The Language and Literacy Team partners with families to build literate members of the community.  By providing a robust curriculum around reading and writing, students will meet the demands of the California ELA Framework.
