The most convenient daily and overnight self parking lot for customers visiting Fire Island (Cherry Grove, Fire Island Pines, Sailors Haven and Water Island). We are located directly across the street from the Sayville Ferry (view the map below).
Parking Rates
Mon-Thursday: $13 per day
Friday-Sunday + Holidays: $22 per day
Motorcycles: $7 per day
Payment Methods: Cash, Credit Cards and Apple/Google Pay.

When do I pay for parking?
Payment is made when exiting River Road Parking. Try our pay by phone option to save time!
How is the fee calculated?
All rates include any part of the day based on a 5:00am-5:00am schedule. If you stay past 5am you will be charged for the next day.
Do I have to pay the daily fee if I only stay for 10 minutes?
No, River Road Parking has a 45 minute grace period from the time you receive your ticket.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
If you lose you ticket, you are subject to a $70 surcharge (Your stay + $70). A second ticket will not be given.
