We have achieved 100% in all 8 Gatsby Benchmarks

We are a Lead School for the C&W Careers Hub

In 2020 we were the first Special School in Coventry where a student successfully completed the internship programme and secured a job which he is still enjoying in 2022!  

We have an excellent record of 100% positive Destinations for our students

In the first year of COVID, 85% of students achieved outstanding progress achieving a Level 1 employment qualification in 16+!

In 2021-2022 we engaged with 5 large employers, which provided more opportunities for students to develop meaningful experiences of work.

Out of all the Riverbank leavers in the last 5 years - 8% are now in employment (this is *4.8% higher than the local area for adults with disabilities - but not good enough!)

Out of the 8%, our leavers are employed in a variety of vocations including:

Health Care (NHS x2)

Long Distance Deliveries (OPX x1)

Animal Care (Horse Stables x1)
