I'm Jacque Hess, owner of Rise Bake Shoppe & Coffee Bar in Mount Joy, PA. If you're here, it's likely because we met at a networking event, business presentation, workshop, or community gathering. I'm so glad you stopped by.

For more than 22 years, I've been involved in running and growing businesses, and over the years I've worn many hats—including business owner, marketer, consultant, and educator. While my primary focus today is leading Rise Bake Shoppe & Coffee Bar, I remain passionate about helping fellow business owners navigate the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship.

The strategies, tools, and resources I share in my presentations aren't just theories—they're the same practical approaches I've used to build businesses, strengthen brands, connect with customers, and drive growth. I've had the privilege of helping many organizations throughout my marketing career, and today I continue to apply those lessons every day at Rise.
