Over the past two months in P.E., students participated in a variety of engaging physical education activities to help promote coordination, teamwork, and overall fitness. Students practiced striking balloons with paddles to develop hand-eye coordination and control, and participated in rhythmic dance activities to enhance timing and movement awareness. They also played 9 Square, which encouraged quick decision-making, cooperation, and sportsmanship. In addition, students were introduced to basic Frisbee skills, focusing on proper throwing and catching techniques. Jump rope activities helped students work on endurance and timing, while structured tag games provided opportunities for students to remain active while practicing fair play and sportsmanship.
