Physical Education

Dear Families,

Our physical education unit for November and December covered striking an object using an implement and reviewing throwing and catching skills. The unit focused on forehand and backhand skills, essential in hitting different types of balls, eye-hand coordination, and spatial awareness. In addition, students participated in tag games, including banana tag, mushroom tag, worm tag, turtle tag, sneakers and attackers, line tags, and blending in. Students enthusiastically engaged in all the activities I planned for the class. 

The 4th Grade class has PE on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please ensure your student comes to school appropriately dressed for PE on the designated days.
