　本日、ここに多くの皆様をお迎えして、本校のオープンデイを開催できますこと、大変嬉しく思います。多くの皆さんと同じように、本校もコロナ感染の影響を大きく受け、昨年は学校を閉じざるを得ませんでした。その間、多くの生徒諸君はいつか学校に帰ることを夢見て、いつかオープンデイで皆様にお会いできることを楽しみに、日々の研鑽に努めてきました。生徒が作り上げたクラス企画、フリープロジェクトを通して、生徒諸君のオープンデイに画ける掛ける熱いエネルギーを感じて下さい。立教の生徒一人一人を通して、立教という学校をそして、日本を感じていただければ、幸いです。

It is a great pleasure to welcome many of you here today for our Open Day. Like many of you, we were affected by the corona outbreak and had to close our school last year. In the meantime, many of our students have been working hard, dreaming of returning to school one day and looking forward to meeting you at one of our Open Days. We hope that you will be able to feel the energy of the students' enthusiasm for Open Day through their class projects and free projects. We hope that you will be able to experience both Rikkyo as a school and Japan as a country through each and every one of our students.
