REH Ikebukuro offers a comprehensive range of support services:
Caretaker Services: A caretaker is stationed during certain hours to ensure smooth dormitory operations. They provide daily life support (responding to inquiries) and handle building cleaning and maintenance. If you encounter any issues, the caretaker is there to assist.
Nasic CLUB24: This 24-hour call center offers multilingual support for daily life assistance, including medical and maintenance services, year-round.
Medical Service: Professional medical staff are available 24/7 to address sudden injuries, physical issues, as well as mental concerns or anxieties.
Maintenance Service: Support is available for issues such as lost keys or clogged toilets.
Additionally, Rikkyo University arranges for Resident Supporters (RS)ーRikkyo University students who assist international students in their daily lives.
