Notes

• The dormitory fee includes: entrance fee, cleaning fee, rent, management fee, renewal fee (only if the contract is renewed)

• The initial contract period is one year (two semesters), and the dormitory fees are payable on a semester basis. After the initial contract period, you can renew the contract on your own by completing the necessary procedures. Please note that an administrative fee will be charged separately for the renewal, in addition to the dormitory fees.

Bedding Leasing Service (Upon Request)

16,000 yen (tax included) for 6 months (as of July 2026) 

• DK House Nerima offers bedding leasing as an additional service.

• The bedding lease includes: Mattress, Bed pad, Comforter, Fleece blanket, Duvet cover, Sheets, Pillow, Pillowcase

• Once a bedding lease is applied for, it cannot be canceled.

• Please note that no refunds will be issued if you cancel in the middle of the lease.
