• The dormitory fee includes: entrance fee, cleaning fee, rent, management fee, renewal fee (only if the contract is renewed)

• Contract renewal is required each semester through the prescribed procedure. The maximum length of residence is two semesters.

Bedding Leasing Service (Upon Request)

• DK House Nerima offers bedding leasing as an additional service.

• The bedding lease includes: Mattress, Bed pad, Comforter, Fleece blanket, Duvet cover, Sheets, Pillow, Pillowcase

• Once a bedding lease is applied for, it cannot be canceled.

• Please note that no refunds will be issued if you cancel in the middle of the lease.
