Please note that the contract period is tentative and may be subject to slight adjustments.
Dormitory Fee:
Dormitory must be paid by two installments by the designated date.
1st-Half Dormitory Fee (Late March - Late August) : Approximately 670,000 yen
2nd-Half Dormitory Fee (Early September - Early March) : Approximately 760,000 yen
The total amount may vary slightly depending on changes to the contract period or other factors.

Meal Plan (Required for All Residents)
Meals Provided: REH Ikebukuro offers breakfast and dinner prepared in the dormitory for all residents, providing healthy and delicious meals conveniently available on-site.
Shared Kitchen: A shared kitchen is available on the 2nd floor for additional cooking needs.
Special Menu: Halal and vegetarian options are available. If you wish to request a special menu, please fill out your request in advance in the message section on the housing application page when applying for the dormitory.
This service is exclusive to this dormitory.

■Dormitory General Rule
Details are yet to be determined, but the general rules are the same as those of other dormitories:
A curfew will be in place, requiring residents to be in the dormitory between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Room transfers are not permitted.
Entrance and exit are controlled by a card key system.
If you plan to stay overnight outside the dormitory, you must submit a “Notification of Overnight Stay.”
■Living Support in the Dormitory
REH Ikebukuro offers a comprehensive range of support services:
Caretaker Services: A caretaker is stationed during certain hours to ensure smooth dormitory operations. They provide daily life support (responding to inquiries) and handle building cleaning and maintenance. If you encounter any issues, the caretaker is there to assist.
Nasic CLUB24: This 24-hour call center offers multilingual support for daily life assistance, including medical and maintenance services, year-round.
Medical Service: Professional medical staff are available 24/7 to address sudden injuries, physical issues, as well as mental concerns or anxieties.
Maintenance Service: Support is available for issues such as lost keys or clogged toilets.
Additionally, Rikkyo University arranges for Resident Supporters (RS)ーRikkyo University students who assist international students in their daily lives.
Four RSs will be stationed at REH Ikebukuro to support international students with both daily activities and their studies in Japan.
