We provide person-centered guidance for housing stability, including eligibility assessments, service planning, and connections to supportive programs.
Our goal is to empower individuals to make informed housing decisions that meet their needs.

HOUSING TRANSITION
Provides personalized support to individuals experiencing housing instability.
We assist with finding, securing, and transitioning into safe, stable housing by navigating resources, rental applications, housing searches, and landlord communications.
Our goal is to empower individuals with the tools and support needed for long-term housing success.
HOUSING SUSTAINING
HOUSING SUSTAINING
Provides ongoing support to help individuals maintain stable housing.
We assist with landlord communications, rental assistance navigation, budgeting, and connecting to community resources.
Our goal is to ensure long-term housing success and prevent homelessness.
Housing Stabilization is a Minnesota Medical Assistance Benefit to help people with disabilities and seniors locate and keep housing

Right to the Solution LLC Staff are trained and prepared to assist you in designing, reaching and sustaining your housing goals!
Through the Housing Stabilization form we will:
💭 Help you create a Person Centered Housing Plan and select a Transition/Sustaining Agency
or
🚛 Help you to locate and gain approval to affordable housing and/or resources
🏘️ Help you to keep/sustain housing
