I am a mid-career educator who started at Ridgefield High School in the 2020-2021 school year. My spouse, Paul Hamann, also works at the high school. Education is valued very highly in our family.

When not at school you can often find me at a baseball game with my family, knitting, reading, or spending time with friends.

Prior to joining education I had a winding career path that included:

• Administering Continuing Legal Education courses

• Sports Marketing (in the photo on the left that's me as the Tri-City Dust Devil with my husband).

• Mortgage Loan Processing

• Non-Profit Fundraising
