Intrapersonal Management
In our Intrapersonal Management Classes, students will be working on goal setting and monitoring progress towards academic but personally relevant goals. Students will also be provided tools, time, and instruction to support development in organization, time-management, prioritization, coping with difficult emotions, conflict-resolution, self-advocacy, and focus strategies. Independent work time will also be provided to ensure students have opportunities to develop the skills they are learning as well as to provide supplemental instruction on work assigned by other teachers and to support progress on goals.

Mondays: Grade & Goal Check, Make SPUD Time Plans, and Reflect on the previous week
Tuesdays: Career Exploration and Work Readiness Training
Wednesdays: 1:1's, Academic Planning and Problem Solving
