AJ is the founder and hands-on force behind Richboug Contracting. As a young teen AJ could often be found helping others, and joining mission trips. In 2006, AJ graduated from the fire academy, driven by a desire to serve and protect. Not long after, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he further developed the discipline, grit, and leadership that now define his work in construction. He proudly served overseas in Iraq before returning home and pursuing his passion for building full time.

AJ started with woodwork and hands-on projects, and over the years, that passion grew into full-scale residential and commercial builds, land development, and everything in between. 

Ashleigh is the strategic heart behind Richbourg Contracting. With two bachelor's degrees in science and board certification as a clinical laboratory scientist, she built her career on precision, disipline, and problem-solving. After starting a family with AJ, Ashleigh made the shift from the lab to life at home, becoming a full-time mom while also managing the accounting, planning, and day-to-day coordination of Richbourg Contracting.
