Currently, I am a third year PhD student in the Rice University Department of Mathematics. My advisor is Professor Chelsea Walton. My current research interests include Category Theory, Algebra Objects in Monoidal Categories, Frobenius Algebras, and Hopf Algebras. The Research tab has more information about my previous research, publications, and talks I have given.
During my time at Rice University, I have been an Instructor for MATH 102: Single Variable Calculus II and MATH 110: Calculus Discussion Sessions. Previously, I was employed as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Saint James School where I taught Precalculus and AP Calculus BC.
