Camilo Arosemena Serrato

I am a 4th year PhD candidate at the mathematics department of Rice University(as of March 2024), working under the direction of David Fisher. I spent my first two and a half years as a PhD student at Indiana University(Bloomington) under the tutelage of the same advisor.

My research lies in the intersection of Ergodic Theory, Lie Groups, Geometry, and to some extent Probability Theory.  More specifically, I have been working in the Zimmer Program.
