1. MISSION:

The Rush-Henrietta Teacher Center’s mission is to foster the professional and intellectual development of Rush-Henrietta’s teachers, staff, and community in support of the district’s strategic plan, goals, and priorities. In addition, promote and support a culture of collaboration to improve student learning.

2. GOALS:

The Teacher Center goals are:

• Improve the quality of instruction by providing opportunities for professional growth for all staff members.

• Create a collaborative culture by providing opportunities for peer interaction and by developing a collegial environment for all staff.

• Address teachers’ needs at different stages of their careers by providing opportunities for reflection and inquiry.
