Mrs. Johnson originally came to Founders its inaugural year in 2014 as a parent volunteer, has 2 daughters who are Founders’ Alumni, and began substitute teaching in 2016 and became full time in Instructional Services in 2019. She has lived in Texas, New Mexico, Georgia, and Colorado. She graduated high school in Del Norte, Colorado and received her Bachelor of Behavioral Science in Psychology and Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, and has worked in higher education in the areas of enrollment services and academic advising. She spent 13 years at home raising her 4 wonderful daughters and volunteering in various capacities. She had the pleasure of serving a local non-profit pregnancy resource center as Development Coordinator and continues to advocate in this area. Her hobbies include dating her husband, studying the Bible, and hanging out with family.
