Mrs. Sarah Sheppard

Mrs. Sheppard was born and raised in Austin, TX. She grew up playing a variety of sports and continued her athletic career into college, playing college soccer at Stephen F. Austin State University. In 2007, she graduated from The University of Texas and has been teaching physical education ever since. Through the years she has coached various sports and absolutely loves teaching children the importance of an active, healthy lifestyle.

Mrs. Sheppard lives with her husband and their three children, Matthew, Tommy and Abby. When she is not teaching, Mrs. Sheppard enjoys being outdoors, camping, hiking, traveling, and being with her family.
