Mrs. Katie Patel

Katie Patel was born and raised in Statesboro, Georgia. She moved to Texas in 2008 with her family. Mrs. Patel has four daughters, all students at FCA Leander (one is now a proud Texas Aggie). She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Georgia Southern University in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her past jobs have been in the Nutrition and Wellness fields, working as a School Nutrition Director in the Georgia Public School system, and as a Wellness Program director for Georgia Southern University and for Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Her hobbies include reading, furniture refinishing, and crafting.
