Mrs. Freidenfeld grew up in Massachusetts and received a B.A. in sociology at Bowdoin College in Maine, and a B.S. in nursing at Simmons College in Boston. She worked for a short time as a nurse until she and her husband had their first child. The next 15 years were filled with the amazing adventure of homeschooling their four daughters. During those years she developed a classical memory work curriculum, called Classically Catholic Memory, which she and her husband then produced as a home business for seven years before selling it in 2021. In addition, she served as Campus Coordinator and Latin teacher for Regina Caeli Academy’s Austin campus. She taught Latin at St. Mary’s in Taylor for one year before joining the staff at FCA. She has had two daughters graduate from FCA and has one more still at Founders. In her spare time she loves having coffee at the Georgetown Square and going for walks at Garey Park.
