Mrs. Fredlund is originally from Hinsdale, Illinois however, her family moved to California when she was 11 years old. After graduating from high school in Palm Springs, California she moved to the Leander area and has been here ever since.

Mrs. Fredlund has worked in education since 2003. She started out helping young students part time with reading skills, then went on to get a full-time job as an instructional assistant in special education. She worked as an instructional assistant for 12 years and during this time, she went back to school to get her bachelor’s degree in education from Western Governors University. She has a strong passion for teaching special education and loves working with students.
