Sarah Mulvaney

Biography

Mrs. Mulvaney teaches first grade. She has a BA in English Literature, has had the honor of being Teacher of the Year, and was recently designated by the Texas Education Agency as a Master Teacher. Her appreciation of language and literature naturally led to an enthusiasm for orthography, which she enjoys sharing with students and educators alike.  Mrs. Mulvaney never tires of reading great children’s literature, especially stories by A.A. Milne and Beatrix Potter.  She treasures family time with her husband and two teenage sons and knows that, as her boys grow up, she is doing her best to create a forest that they will always be able to find.
