Carisa Polanco

Biography

Mrs. Polanco is a Special Education teacher at Founders  She graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in English specializing in secondary education.  She taught 9th and 10th grade English in Dallas and Lewisville after college.  Once she became a mom, she stayed at home with her children.  After homeschooling them for ten years, her older two children were able to attend Founders.  In 2021, her younger three children were able to enroll and her homeschooling days were over.  With more time on her hands, she was eager to assist the wonderful staff at Founders.  When she is not on campus, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her kids in their activities.
