Alex Misko

HEADMASTER

Mr. Misko serves as Headmaster of Founders Classical Academy. After growing up in rural New Jersey, he moved to Texas to attend the University of Dallas, where he graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English. After teaching literature and history in upstate New York and Arizona, he moved back to Texas in 2013 to teach at Founders Lewisville. Mr. Misko currently teaches Western Civilization I and during the last 11 years has taught Western Civilization III, Dante’s Divine Comedy, 8th grade U.S. History, AP Literature and Composition, and History of the 20th Century: A Study of Communism. He resides in Irving with his wife and four children, three of whom are Founders students.
