Armi Ratia (1912- 1979) was a textile artist from Finland. A textile artist is a person who designs fabric.
Armi Ratia was the founder of Marimekko Designs - her textile company that is famous for bold prints of flowers, spots, dots, stripes and swirls on fabrics, fashion and industrial products.
We are using printing foam, pencils scissors and black ink.
A print is a copy of an image made by transferring ink to a surface, using pressure.
